“Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn” official web site launches

hollywoodnews.com: For months, it’s been little more than a placeholder, but “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn” Official Movie Web Site is finally showing some real activity.

At first glance, it promises to be more advanced than the official “New Moon” and “Eclipse” web sites, which featured only a handful of trailers and a few official pictures in the months leading up to the film.

So far, the official “Breaking Dawn” site features 12 photos from the film, a feed from the official Twilight Facebook page, and four separate Twitter filters that follow cast, fan, fan site, and official tweets. Fans can also download the official Twilight Tracker app for iPhone and iPod. And, presumably, after this weekend’s 2011 MTV Movie Awards debut, official trailers will begin to post.

Taylor Lautner Says Kristen Stewart Was “Most Upset” About ‘Breaking Dawn’ Ending

Who was the most upset about Breaking Dawn coming to an end? Taylor Lautner told Jimmy Kimmel he was “surprised” by how upset Kristen Stewart got on set.

“All done,” Taylor confirmed on Jimmy Kimmel Live about wrapping filming on Breaking Dawn. “It’s very weird. Yeah, we’ve literally been filming these movies for the past three or four years. It’s strange to know I’m not going back; I’m not going to be Jacob Black anymore. But on the other hand, we’re going to be promoting these movies for the next two years.”

“Did anyone cry?” Jimmy asked.

“Yes, to be honest with you,” Taylor confessed.

“Who was most upset about breaking up the group?” the host asked.

“I was pretty upset myself, but I think the biggest surprise was Kristen [Stewart].” She’s very sweet, yes,” he said to the audience. “I predicted it from the beginning… On the last day, it did get emotional.”

Breaking Dawn clip shows Robert Pattinson's Twilight wedding scene

In the short MTV advert, vampire hunk Edward Cullen, played by Pattinson, is seen standing at the altar, as his human bride-to-be Bella Swan, played by Stewart, walks up the aisle.

Stewart is only seen from the back while Pattinson is seen smiling as his fiancée approaches surrounded by guests at the wedding, which appears to be held in a forest.

Their Twilight co-star Elizabeth Reaser, who plays vampire matriarch Esme Cullen, said Pattinson was a bag of nerves shooting the scene with real-life girlfriend Stewart.

She told MTV: 'Well, the wedding scene was like a real wedding, in that it was stressful. It took a lot of planning, a lot of organisation. That was stuff we were all dealing with [and it was like] you were planning a real wedding.

'But it was really magical, and vampires aren’t supposed to cry, and that created a real obstacle for all of us vampires.

'Seeing Kristen walk down with aisle with [her on-screen dad] Billy Burke. I mean, seeing Billy Burke killed me.

She added: 'I understood in that moment what it’s like to be a parent and seeing Kristen and see her really be nervous and see Rob really, really be nervous, and the two of them [together with] the families coming together. It was an emotional day for real.'

MTV are set to broadcast the full clip during the MTV Movie Awards 2011 on Sunday, June 5.

Kristen Stewart is up for the Best Kiss award twice - she's been nominated for her smooches with Pattinson and Taylor Lautner.

Breaking Dawn Movie Update: Taylor Lautner Talks About Breaking Dawn

Taylor Lautner recently talked to MTV all about Breaking Dawn. Of course, he gave away a few secrets. Here is what he had to say about the movies.

We did a scene in the backyard of the Cullen house where Bella (Stewart) gets mad at me, She just learned that I imprinted on her daughter, and she is literally throwing me around the backyard. So it was pretty fun to see Kristen try and act all tough. She’s a vampire; she’s chucking me across the yard into trees and stuff. It was funny

I am surprised that this is the first time Taylor has talked about the movie. I wonder if we let any other juicy details that we may have missed? Hopefully we will get to learn more as we get closer to November. I know that I can barely wait much longer for some more details or teasers. Breaking Dawn will be huge for all of the cast and team behind them.

Rob Pattinson and Kristen Stewart's (On-Screen) Honeymoon Photos

The Twilight teens are finally growing up.

In the next installment of the saga, Breaking Dawn – Part 1, Edward and Bella (played by Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart) take their relationship to the next level.

"They make love for the first time, they get married and pregnant," says director Bill Condon.

Much of the vampire honeymoon was shot just outside of the Brazilian town of Paraty. "There's this incredibly sensual vibe down there," says Condon.

While Jacob, the werewolf played by Taylor Lautner doesn't get the girl in this one, he does manage to get over her, and in doing so "becomes a man," says Condon. At least he gets to ride a cool motorcycle.

Would Taylor Lautner Play Jacob Black In Another Stephenie Meyer Story?

Just as the Mayan prophecy foretold, 2012 will indeed bring about the end of the world...the "Twilight Saga" world, that is. The final film adaptation of Stephenie Meyer's beloved series will hit theaters sometime that year, and with that, there will be no more Bella, Edward and Jacob on the big screen. Ever. Or will there?

Stephenie recently hinted in a USA Today interview that she may check in with lovebirds Jacob Black and Renesmee Cullen sometime in the future. So, as you'd expect, when we sat down with the werewolf himself during "MTV First: Taylor Lautner" we had to ask the 19-year-old if he'd be willing to reprise the role that made his abs the most drooled over body part in the world.

"Really?" Taylor replied with obvious confusion, when told Stephenie had teased a potential follow-up. "Breaking news to me here, live, on MTV, Josh Horowitz! What's going on?" he asked with a laugh. (We love it when we catch celebs off guard!)

But, seriously, Taylor, answer our question! What do you think? "I mean, I don't know," he responded. "That would be interesting. Stephenie comes up with the craziest things. I'm sure she could go on. That's a crazy thought."

That it is. But we'll bet the next decade's worth of paychecks that fans would turn out in droves to see another sequel—even if you are the ripe "old" age of, say, 28, by the time it hits theaters.

Would you see a Jacob/Renesmee-centric follow-up? How would you like to see their story develop?

Bella's Wedding Dress

We don’t have photos for you this time around, which is probably just as well since Stephenie Meyer and Robert Pattinson aren’t real thrilled these days with leaked photos, but EW.com managed to get their hands on two images from Meyer’s new book, The Twilight Saga: The Official Illustrated Guide, that shows Bella in her wedding dress and an image that’s described as being Bella as a vampire. I definitely see the wedding dress, but I’m having problems imaging that other one as anything but plain ol’ Bella. Yellow eyes and longer hair? That makes her a vampire? I really hope not.

Anyway, if the artwork looks familiar, it’s because the same illustrator who brought us Twilight: The Graphic Novel, Young Kim, also provided the artwork for this book… which was a very good, call in my opinion.

What do you think about Bella’s dress? I think it looks pretty good. The dress itself is pretty simple, but still possesses that romantic and slightly magical quality that runs through the entire Twilight series.

The Twilight Saga: The Official Illustrated Guide goes on sale on April 12th, and I know that no self-respecting Twihard will miss an opportunity to have this sitting on their bookshelf.

'Breaking Dawn' Wedding Scene Has Been Filmed

The production of Edward and Bella's wedding scene has taken place this month as it was reported before. Giving a sort of confirmation about the filming is Mia Maestro who will portray a new character in "The Twilight Saga's Breaking Dawn". "Long wedding night until 6am. Everyone was SO neatly frocked up :) Just about to start facing this Saturday...," so she tweeted on Saturday night.

Other stars, although not spilling any detail about the scene they were filming, also took it to their own Twitter accounts to complaint about the shooting. "whyyyyyyyy can't I fall asleep! These night shoots are killing me! Messing up my sleep patterns hard core," Ashley Greene wrote.

The Billy Black depicter, Gil Birmingham, tweeted "14-hour all-night shoot yesterday. Vamps everwhere! First full day off . . . Night shoots sure mess with the internal time clock. Don't know if I should sleep or stay awake :)" Myanna Buring, who lands the role of vampire Tanya, also wrote on April 2, "Night shoots kick my back side... leaving the birds to twitter I'm off to bed!"

"Breaking Dawn" will reportedly wrap the principal photography on April 13. Bill Condon serves behind the lens for the last two-part "Twilight" film installment which is shot back to back. Original cast members including Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner return to reprise their respective roles.

Summit will drop "The Twilight Saga's Breaking Dawn: Part I" in the U.S. on November 18, while "The Twilight Saga's Breaking Dawn Part II" will follow later on November 16, 2012.

Stephenie Meyer Answers ‘Twilight’ Fans’ Burning ‘Breaking Dawn’ Questions!

Stephenie Meyer, the author of Twilight, met with 10 fans at a Vancouver hotel recently to answer their burning questions about The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn. And we think you’ll be pleased with what they asked on your behalf!

OK! NEWS: ROBERT PATTINSON SAYS “I’M NOT A MAN FOR SHORT & SUPERFICIAL LOVE AFFAIRS”

Breaking Dawn will be told in two parts with part one hitting theaters on Nov. 18 and part two in November 2012.

***WARNING: SPOILER ALERTS BELOW!***

Stephenie, who is also a co-producer of the two films, shared with the fans that they have not filmed the wedding between Bella (Kristen Stewart) and Edward (Robert Pattinson) yet, but Kristen is being fitted for the highly-anticipated gown.

“It’s such an interesting mix,” Stephenie explains (via USA Today). “It has a vintage feel, but at the same time, there’s an edge to it. It’s really beautiful. And then on Kristen — oh, she looks amazing in clothes —and in that dress she’s so lithe and unbelievable.”

And Stephenie also thinks Kristen is playing a vampire amazingly well.

“She’s created a new character. I was really impressed,” Stephenie said of Kristen’s transformation. “I’ve only really seen her as (the human) Bella, so to have her step up and change it in the right way — she didn’t have to talk to me. She knew. She knows the character so well now. She has really good instincts, and she looks amazing.”

OK! NEWS: ROBERT PATTINSON ON FILMING BIRTH SCENE WITH KRISTEN STEWART — “KIND OF HILARIOUS”

But Stephenie also had some praise for Rob’s acting abilities since she says he’s actually a better fit for Taylor Lautner’s role!

“Rob is more like Jacob than Edward. He’s goofy, he’s funny, he doesn’t take much seriously,” Stephenie said. “But he can turn Edward on like that (she snaps her fingers) when he needs to be Edward. Taylor’s who we hang out with most. He’s a lot like fun, happy Jacob.”

Both Kristen and Rob have a challenging scene to film in Breaking Dawn when Bella gives birth to their daughter, Renesmee. In the book, the birth scene is terrifying, but in the film they will tone it down just a bit.

“I’ve only seen a rough cut and there are pieces missing, but I don’t feel like it’s graphic,” Stephenie shared. “You’re not seeing it, but you know what’s happened. It’s emotional. It doesn’t feel horror-ish. There’s blood, probably the most blood we’ve ever seen in the series. But everything’s in flux; we’ll see in the final cut.”

OK! NEWS: MTV BEST KISS — KRISTEN STEWART WITH ROBERT PATTINSON OR TAYLOR LAUTNER?

So where will the first part of Breaking Dawn end?

“When Bella opens her eyes as a vampire. That’s the way it’s been shot,” she explained. “They can still do it any other way, but I think that’s the general idea. You kind of have to get there in the first film. That way you have all the time in the world to explore being a vampire and those exhilarating first moments.”

And Stephenie says she’s not ready yet to think about the end of Twilight.

“I don’t know when it’s going to get me,” she says, “but I know it will, and at that point I’m going to be a sobbing mess on the floor.”

We’ll be sobbing with you!

'The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn' Will Be PG-13 (Update)

UPDATE: Yesterday we reported on comments Robert Pattinson made to Entertainment Weekly insinuating that the stuff they've shot for 'The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn' has been so risque, it's going to be hard to give the film a PG-13 rating. Since then, a rep for Summit Entertainment confirmed to Thompson on Hollywood that both films will, in fact, be rated PG-13 no matter what. How much they'll show and what they'll cut out is still left to be determined. See our original post from yesterday below.

The 'Twilight' circus is coming to an end. Over the last few years, we've seen a lot. It started with a pale, lip-biting girl heading to rainsville and falling for a rude dude who's actually a vampire trying to quell his inner bloodlust. But then he went away for her protection and she got mixed up with a bunch of overly emotional werewolves who hate shirts ... until the bloodsucking beau came back and everything seemed peachy. Unfortunately, a vampire scorned decided to muck up the poor pale girl's graduation plans as she tried to get her chaste boyfriend to have sex. Now, with the red menace behind them, one would assume that Bella and Edward could live happily ever after.

But Stephenie Meyer wasn't done with the ridiculous after 'Eclipse,' and now Summit and Bill Condon are prepping the final, two-part insane-stravaganza, 'The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn.' We're about to see beds obliterated during passionate nights, a young girl go through nine months of pregnancy in the blink of an eye and the most messed-up delivery scene ever crafted: teeth through placenta.

It doesn't sound like kids-type fare, and as Robert Pattinson told Entertainment Weekly, "I just can't see how it's going to be PG-13 ... unless they cut everything out."

Pattinson explains, "There's some interesting and weird stuff going on -- really very, very, very strange. It's great. For a big, mainstream movie, it's the most obscure storyline and really outside the box. It's a horror movie." This is topped by otherrecent statements where Pattinson talked about the upcoming placenta scene: "Yeah, I've done it. I've chewed it, spat it out!"

But before you expect to see R-Patt's face bloodied, an umbilical cord hanging down from his teeth with a baby dangling on the end -- both screenwriter Melissa Rosenberg and producer Wyck Godfrey have explained that the gore (as well as the sex) will be primarily off-screen, with Bella "looking through the haze."

Let's also remember all the big horror-film scary talk that circled around 'Eclipse.' Summit is determined to offer up a teen-friendly movie -- even if some of this stuff could come together for one wildly messed-up film of sexual perversion. Should make for a tasty director's cut, though.

How Will Breaking Dawn Split Into Two Films

As Breaking Dawn continues shooting in Baton Rouge, Twilight producer Wyck Godfrey gave a few more answers about Breaking Dawn in a recent interview.

In a recent interview with USA Today, Twilight Saga producer Wyck Godfrey revealed why Bill Condon was selected to direct Breaking Dawn, how Breaking Dawn will keep its PG-13 rating with the controversial birth scene, where the Breaking Dawn films will be split in two, and more.

In response to where both Breaking Dawn movies will be split, Godfrey revealed that the first film will cover everything up to Bella Swan becoming a vampire. "We basically want to take the audience through the emotional part of Bella's journey as she becomes a vampire. The first part will cover the wedding, the honeymoon and the birth. The film ends just before she embarks on her supernatural transformation."

For more answers about Breaking Dawn, read the full interview with Wyck Godfrey at USA Today.

Breaking Dawn Spoilers From Kristen Stewart

We spent the first hour and a half of tonight's People's Choice Awards wondering where in the world Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner were, but Kristen gave us our answer when she accepted the Favorite Movie Actress award on stage. After all, the "Twilight" trinity weren't about to let a silly thing like filming "Breaking Dawn" in Baton Rouge get in the way of attending the PCAs. The three hopped a "posh" private plane this evening just to make it to L.A. in time! That's dedication!

But which scene exactly were they filming? Well, Kristen admitted she was "a vampire this morning," so that pretty much says it all. In the words of MTV News editor Katie Byrne, "Spoiler alert!"

Looks like filming has progressed pretty quickly in Baton Rouge, since less than a month ago Bella and Edward were going on their honeymoon to Isle Esme. (Though they could be filming out of sequence.) But were you a little surprised Kristen gave away "Breaking Dawn: Part 1"'s big twist on national television? Or do you think everyone who would care about the series already knows Bella becomes a vampire?

How Did Twilight Saga Changed Taylor Lautner's Life?

"Twilight" werewolf Taylor Lautner is dishing on how the huge film franchise has changed his life.

The 18-year-old actor has undergone financial, physical, personal, and career changes due to the popularity of "The Twilight Saga." Taylor Lautner claims he had no idea what he was getting himself into when accepting the role as adorable Jacob Black in 2008's "Twilight."

“I just met the director and had no idea what I was getting myself into. It’s been great from then on,” stated Taylor. Lautner's popularity has skyrocketed, leaving him with movie offers pouring in, and millions of adoring fans around the globe. After all, who could resist those dimples?

However, it's not only his career that's been altered. In addition to the great friends he's made on set, he has also gained one of the buffest bodies in Hollywood. Teens now swoon at the thought of Taylor with his shirt off.

Lautner is also expected to expand his bank account, making around $25 million for "Breaking Dawn," which is the last film in the "Twilight Saga." Not a bad paycheck for a teenager, right?

According to ShowBiz Spy, Taylor credits his family as his rock. “I’m definitely thankful to have a supportive family, I wouldn’t have been able to do it without them,” revealed Lautner.

I Dont Think You Wanna Know This Breaking Dawn Movie Ending Spoilers!

SPOILER ALERT: We have just over 11 months to wait before we can see Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn (Part 1), but the spoilers are already starting to leak on to fansites.

THIS ARTICLE CONTAINS BREAKING DAWN SPOILERS, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

One Robert Pattinson fansite has published what is believed to be a leaked ending from the Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn (Part 1) script.

According to mrpattinson.com, someone who has read the script claims the film will end with Alice Cullen (Ashley Greene's character) having a very violent vision of a Volturi battle and then sharing it with Aro (Michael Sheen's character).

They said: "Alice touches that head [Volturi] guy [Aro]…when she touches the [Volturi] guy he “sees” what will happen if he continues his course…OK so the first person whose head comes off is Carlisle. In the vision.

"Then everything goes to s*** and all kinds of dying happens. And Bella and Edward kill Aro…After Bella and Edward they die too…all these other people die too. Jane and her brother. Lots of deaths on both sides. Then [Volturi] guy snaps out of it, says he’s sorry. Everybody makes up and lives happily ever after."

Err, we're not sure about that ending - and we certainly don't remember that happening in the book.

We're also not sure if this is allegedly the ending to Part 1 or Part 2, but either way, this is all very confusing.

Regardless of whether these 'spoilers' are true, the one thing we do know is that we wish we had spent Christmas at Bella Swan's house.

Breaking Dawn bosses released this picture of Bella's house as a Christmas present to fans - and doesn't it look so cosy?
